Engagements for March 2

Niehaus — Cullins

Joseph and Marsha Niehaus of Jamestown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael Niehaus, to Josh Cullins of Connersville. He is the son of Don and Barbara Cullins of Connersville.

The bride-to-be graduated from Western Boone High School in 2002 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College in 2006. She works in the public relations department of the American College of Sports Medicine in Indianapolis.

The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Connersville High School in 2002 and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is a project engineer for Faurecia Technologies in Columbus.

The couple is planning a wedding for April 17, 2010, in Indianapolis.

Blankenship — Rutan

Matthew and Teresa Mossman of rural Lebanon announce the engagement and impending marriage of their daughter Julie Blankenship.

Ms. Blankenship, also the daughter of the late Jeff Blankenship, is a graduate of Western Boone High School and is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at IUPUI. She is the granddaughter of Cecil and Margie Blankenship of Jamestown, Robert and Patricia Heidlebaugh of Jamestown, and James and Marcia Mossman of Lebanon.

The prospective groom is Jamie Lee Rutan of Brownsburg, the son of Mike and Sue Rutan, Jamestown.

Mr. Rutan is a graduate of Western Boone High School. He is currently employed at Steel Dynamics and is pursuing a career in Mechanical Engineering at IUPUI. He is the grandson of Sherman and Sandy Rutan of Advance, Laverne Woodard of Jamestown and Pat and Harold Jenkins of Dundee, Fla.

The couple plans to wed in late spring.
