Witt 50th

Richard and Sandra (Griggs) Witt will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Oct. 19, 2008. They were married in the Whitestown Missionary Baptist Church by the Rev. John O. McIntyre.

They have lived and farmed in the Perry-Harrison Township area of Boone County all of their married life.

The couple have three children, Steve (Penny) Witt of Wabash, Susan (Kerry) Evoy of Sheridan and Scott (Lynn) Witt of Clarksville, Tenn. They also have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Richard is a semi-retired farmer and Sandra is a homemaker. They are active members of the New Brunswick Church of Christ.
