The following people, with name, age, address, charge and arresting agency, were booked into the Boone County Jail; charges are preliminary and may be changed subject to review by the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office. Wednesday, Oct. 9 12:03 p.m. — Margaret Lynn Tinsley, 20, Greenwood, criminal mischief, operating a vehicle while endangering a person, OWI with a BAC of .15 or higher, public intoxication, and illegal consumption of alcohol. Tuesday, Oct. 8 11:42 p.m. — Billy Smith, 34, Indianapolis, probation violation. 10:10 p.m. — Jeremy Dwayne Yarbrough, 20, Indianapolis, driving while suspended. 9:50 p.m. — Darrell Bruce Lewis, 38, Lebanon, strangulation, domestic battery, resisting law enforcement, misdemeanor battery, and possession of marijuana or hash. 9:13 p.m. — Raynetta Ann Bahney, 41, Lebanon, theft of clothing/furs. 8:07 p.m. — Ryan Matthias Richard, 25, Jamestown, fraud and theft. 7:56 p.m. — Torry Daniel Floyd, 32, Zionsville, public intoxication. 7:04 p.m. — Antwanda Savage, 25, Indianapolis, failure to appear.
