reporter photos by sarah lang Eugene DeGraw, left, and Don Shotts browse a table of toys Friday morning at the Carter’s Toy Museum auction at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds. Neither DeGraw nor Shotts were looking for anything specific. But DeGraw owns Obsessions Toy Restorations in Indianapolis, and restores toys from museums around the country.
