Amber and Josh Dinius of Waynetown announce the birth of a son, Taylan Joel Matthew Dinius, on Feb. 27, 2008, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon.

He weighed 8 pounds and 9 ounces.

He is welcomed home by a sister, Kamden, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Cathy and Dan Overfelt of Waynetown. Maternal great-grandparents are J.R. and Pat Overfelt.

Paternal grandparents are Jim and Doris Steele of Wingate.



Jacob Allen Smith

Melissa and Ron Smith of Lebanon announce the birth of a son, Jacob Allen Smith, on Feb. 18, 2008, at Clarain West of Avon.

He weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce and was 22 1/2 inches long.

He is the couple’s first child.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Hazel Johnson of Lebanon.

Paternal grandparents are Ted and Cathy Smith of Lizton. Paternal great-grandfather is Bob Smith of Bloomington.

Cooper Thomas Ford

Natasha Marie and Charles Thomas Ford announce the birth of a son, Cooper Thomas Ford, on Jan. 18, 2008, at St. Vincent Women’s Hospital.

He weighed 6 pounds and 11.5 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. He is the couple’s first child.
