Johnson — Houchens

— Amanda Marie Johnson of Terre Haute will wed Daniel Thomas Houchens of Bloomington in December.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Cindy Johnson of Carthage and the granddaughter of Jack and Rita Wright and Kay Johnson, all of Richmond. She is a 2003 graduate of Knightstown Junior-Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington. She is now a student at the I.U. School of Medicine.
The prospective groom is the son of Dennis and Peggy Houchens of Zionsville, and the grandson of Maxine Houchens of Lebanon and Joyce Cleaveland of Elkhart. He is a 2003 graduate of Zionsville Community High School and plans to graduate from Indiana University-Bloomington with a degree in finance in May.
The couple will wed at 5 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2008 at St. Rose Catholic Church, with Fr. Charles Cheeseborough officiating.
