Richard Angerstein of Norton, Ohio, was lucky. The motorcyclist was transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis with minor injuries, complaining of a sore leg, after the accident. BCSD Sgt. Tony Harris said Angerstein, who was driving a Black 2004 Harley Davidson, was traveling east on State Road 32, approaching U.S. 421 and ran the flashing four-way light. Tony Franco of Lebanon, who was driving a grey 2005 Honda minivan, was northbound on U.S. 421 and struck Angerstein.
