Wayne Kinderman withdraws from race for Co. Council, D2

Wayne Kinderman, Thorntown, has withdrawn his candidacy for the GOP nomination for County Council District Two, Boone County Clerk Penny Bogan said Tuesday.

Candidates remaining in the GOP primary are John W. Hamilton, Jamestown; John W. Hume, rural New Ross; Jim Hundley, rural Lebanon; and Jay Schaumberg, rural Lebanon.

Bogan also said that A. David Budd, rural Lebanon, is a GOP candidate for the Jefferson Township Trustee position. There is still no declared candidate for the Clinton Township Trustee seat.
