Memory Hall developer draws mixed reviews

After 45 minutes of questioning Thursday from an audience highly skeptical of his motives, developer Joseph Blake almost begged the overflowing crowd, “let’s eat some pizza.”

Blake, a partner in Iron Men Properties of Lebanon I, LLC, spoke to community officials and the public from 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Arni’s Restaurant in Lebanon so he could outline the company’s plan to build apartments and town homes adjacent to and north of Memory Hall, 315 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon.
