BZA grants waiver for town homes near Memory Hall

In a unanimous vote, the Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals Monday approved one step that could lead to construction of 21 town homes at 315 N. Lebanon St., on a site now used as parking for residents of Memory Hall Apartments.

The BZA gave developer Joseph C. Blake’s Iron Men Properties, a use variance from the commercial business zoning that prohibits any residential use except housing for senior citizens.
