Martin: 'It's been a wonderful life'

Mike Martin dreamed of becoming an astronautical engineer when he was a kid. He had hopes of working at the manned space center in Houston. But during his college years, his dreams began to change.

And now, looking back on his 41-year career in electrical engineering, 11 of those years as the general manager of Lebanon Utilities, Martin can see this is where he was meant to be.

“I’ve been blessed to be here, I’ll tell you,” Martin said at the Lebanon Utilities office, nearing his last day there, Jan. 6. “I went to a small company, and I realized my goals and my dreams. And I had fun.”
