Commissioners will seek OK from council for Elks annex costs

---- — A revised design to convert the former Elks Lodge at 220 W. Washington St., Lebanon, into county government offices has been sent to the Boone County Council for funding approval.

Including a 15 percent markup for “a reasonable profit margin” for the contractor, the conversion will cost an estimated $395,427.50, said Forrest B. Ewen, a senior project manager with engineering-architect firm DLZ.
