---- — Lebanon Utilities is now working with customers on an individual basis to help with the higher heating costs this winter.

Customers have seen bills about 20 to 30 percent higher than usual for this time of the year because it has been 20 to 30 percent colder than normal, said Jay McCoskey, general manager of Lebanon Utilities. Customers can now contact the utility to request assistance, and McCoskey said they will work with each one individually to come up with a payment plan.
