Spray paint vandal will enter plea deal

Sandra Harlan, 48, 1318 Brooke Drive, Lebanon, who police say was caught on video vandalizing the Lebanon Public Library and is a suspect in eight other crimes, is due in court March 7 to ask Judge Jeff Edens to accept a plea agreement. Terms of the plea were not on file Monday.

Harlan is charged with a vandalism splurge on March 15, 2013, during which she also allegedly defaced two of the 102-year-old columns of the Boone County Courthouse, smeared paint on two statues at the Key Bank Building, and caused other damage.
