Habitual offender status is being sought against a former Lebanon resident whom police have accused of selling morphine, Methadone and clonazepam.

Logan Garrett Shultz, 31, Monday asked Boone Superior Court II Judge Rebecca McClure to lower his bond from the standard $25,000 for a class B felony. McClure will hear that request at a Dec. 17 hearing.
