Western Boone HS mourns loss of teens

The deaths of two Boone County teenagers in an auto accident Sunday were felt at Western Boone High School Monday as the loss of family members.

Jacob Shockley, 18, Advance, and Richard Penny Jr., 18, Lebanon, may have died instantly when a 1993 Honda Civic driven by Shockley hit a tree head-on in the 1700 block of CR 800 N Sunday morning.
