City announces spring cleanup dates

Lebanon — Lebanon’s annual spring cleanup will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 25-26 at the Street Department, 1301 Lafayette Avenue.

Only Lebanon residents may participate; a valid driver’s license or similar identification, and a bill from Lebanon Utilities to prove residency, are required.

The event gives residents the chance to dispose of unwanted items that are not collected during regular trash pickup.

Refrigerators and air conditioners will be accepted at no charge.

Brush will not be accepted, nor will tires, oil-based paint, drywall, roofing materials and other items deemed to be hazardous materials
