Ford Road bridge right of way on special meeting agenda

Purchase of right-of-way for a new Ford Road bridge over Eagle Creek is due to be discussed by the Boone County Commissioners during a special meeting at 9 a.m. Monday in the Boone County Annex, 116 W. Washington St., Lebanon.

The commissioners could also learn if County Highway Superintendent Rick Carney has learned whether an endangered species of bat is nesting in any of about 30 trees that must be removed to make way for the bridge.
