WeBo student makes National Merit finalist stage

Western Boone senior Hannah Anderson has been named a National Merit Scholarship finalist.

Anderson is one of Western Boone’s “super involved” students, said school counselor Julie Baumgart. She is active in the performing arts programs, like choir and theater, and the dance team, serving as captain. She is also a part of the foreign interest club, the Sunshine Society, and the National Honor Society. And she is involved in Traders Point Christian Church. She currently has a 4.08 grade point average.
