Proposed city pay raises pass first vote

---- — An ordinance that would give Lebanon employees an across the board 5 percent pay raise passed, 4-0, at the first of two required votes before the code can take effect. Three Lebanon City Council members were absent from Tuesday’s meeting, at which City Clerk/Treasurer Tonya Thayer outlined proposed salary hikes and changes in some department staffing.
