Time to turn back the clocks on Sunday

Daylight saving time ends on Nov. 3, when Hoosiers will gain one hour of sleep as they move their clocks back one hour. The change officially occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday. Under the Energy Policy Act of 2005, daylight saving time starts on the second Sunday in March, and ends on the first Sunday in November. For more of the story, see Thursday's Lebanon Reporter.
