The Salvation Army of Boone County launches Kettle Drive

Lebanon — The Salvation Army of Boone County launched its 2012 Kettle Campaign with a kickoff dinner at the Boone County Senior Services Center this past Thursday evening.

Dr. Ray Ingham, president and CEO of Witham Health Services, was presented with the Salvation Army’s Crystal Bell as the First Annual Honorary Bell Ringing Captain.

Ingham brought comments of challenge and support of the theme of the evening, which was “Compassion.” He also said the goal of $22,000 can and must be met and exceeded.
