Summer Reading Fun

Lebanon — Kade Woolery, 6, dances to a song Tuesday afternoon with other children at the Lebanon Public Library. The library celebrated its summer reading program kickoff Tuesday with this concert by singer and guitarist/banjoist Tom Sieling. Summer reading goes until Aug. 3, and children can sign up any time throughout the summer. Older readers get a free book from the library after reading seven chapter books, and younger readers can get a free book by reading 20 picture books. There are also weekly prizes given out for children who read one book a week.
