City approves funds for new wave pool

The new pool project currently being constructed in Lebanon Memorial Park will be expanding after the Lebanon City Council approved a resolution Tuesday to issue bonds not to exceed $2 million for park improvements, including a new wave pool. The wave pool was listed under the park improvements, alongside a new mechanical building, a concession and admission building, and additional decking. The Lebanon Park Board voted Nov. 6 to go ahead with the issuance of bonds for this additional pool project, and it was passed unanimously by the city council.
