Proposed road could become part of Ronald Reagan Parkway

Boone County has endorsed the concept of a new road that would eventually extend the Ronald Reagan Parkway into Hamilton County, creating another potential link in what has been a decades-old plan to build a 100-mile-long bypass around Indianapolis. Tuesday, the Boone County Council unanimously approved a motion supporting the Boone County Commissioners in seeking funding for the project, informally called the “Whitestown bypass.” For more of the story, see Thursday's Lebanon Reporter.
