Man accused of having sex with teens

Police have charged a Lebanon man with three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor after he allegedly had sex with two 15-year-old girls. An initial hearing for Austin T. Trafford, 20, 400 block of Longley Drive, was held Monday in Boone Superior Court II. Judge Rebecca McClure granted the prosecutor’s request for a higher-than-standard bond of $25,000 and scheduled trial for Jan. 7, 2014. Trafford has been ordered to have no further contact with either victim. Police first learned of the alleged crimes from Lebanon School Police Officer Steve Smith, after an assistant principal broke up a verbal fight between the victims at Lebanon High School.
