---- — An expanded policy regarding severe weather threats during sporting and extracurricular events at Lebanon schools was presented to the school board of trustees last week as Lebanon Athletic Director Phil Levine works to create a more detailed plan for games and practices. The topic was brought up at last month’s board meeting, when Superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor said he hopes to create a policy with more teeth, aiming for more of a directive than a guideline. The option of purchasing a weather detective system, like the Weatherbug, was discussed, as it could fit in nicely with the new concession stand project set to take shape in the next few months.
