Rural Lebanon woman identified as victim of fatal crash

Bailey A. Speer, 23, 760 W. 500 S, Lebanon, has been identified as the victim of the fatal head-on crash Monday that send her son and another driver to Indianapolis hospitals. Speer was driving north on Indiana 39 approaching CR 250 S, when she crossed the center line, striking a 2010 Ford work van driven by Kevin D. Deckard, 52, Vincennes, head-on about 3:30 p.m. For more of the story, see Wednesday's Lebanon Reporter.
