County council can't say whether maximum CCD levy will be needed

Even should the Boone County Commissioners authorize an increase in the county’s cumulative capital development fund levy Monday, the precise amount of the increase — or whether an increase will be needed at all — won’t be known for several weeks.

Steps to be taken in the proposal’s approval were outlined to the Boone County Council Tuesday.
