Drainage board tables GDI building plan decision

Concerns over drainage plans for a proposed 741,000-square-foot warehouse on Lebanon’s west side could mean delays for the project.

GDI Construction and Northpoint Development want to construct the building on a 67-acre parcel on the south side of Indiana 32, about a quarter-mile west of Interstate 65, in hopes of attracting one or more tenants. About 80 percent of companies considering sites in Boone County have said they want an existing building, Joe LePage of the Boone County Economic Development Corp. told city officials recently.
