Maplehurst to open Lebanon bakery

Business to employ 200 in first 4 years

A world-class cake facility is coming to Lebanon, said Kevin Murray, vice president of operations for Maplehurst Bakeries at Monday’s Lebanon City Council meeting. “We have a lot of cakes to make, and we’re so excited,” Murray said to the city council. “I can’t wait to drive down I-65 and see our big sign that says ‘work here and eat cake.’” For more of the story, see Tuesday's Lebanon Reporter.
