Fired workers file new suit against LPL

Lebanon — Five people who claim they were fired by Lebanon Public Library director Kay Martin last March after complaining that another employee was faking time cards have sued the library in federal court.

Jocelyn Lewis, Connie Bruder, Anna Goben, Marie Brown and Jim Brown allege their First Amendment rights were violated, according to the lawsuit filed in United States District Court.
