Several school board incumbents face races

Lebanon — Three members of the Lebanon school board are guaranteed re-election in November, but contests have developed in Boone County’s three other school corporations. The deadline to file petitions to run for any school board seat was Friday.

This is the first year that school board members will be elected in November. Before, school board races were included in the May primary, with the winners taking office July 1.
