Pagano encourages United Way volunteers

A special guest speaker brought a little team spirit to the United Way of Central Indiana’s Boone County annual celebration Wednesday morning.

Indianapolis Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano inspired United Way volunteers with stories of teamwork and perseverance in the face of adversity at the celebration breakfast held in the Herman B Wells Community Center at Lebanon High School. Pagano was told by the experts that he inherited the worst team in the NFL when he became the Colts’ head coach in 2012, following the team’s 2-14 season.
