Kettle Campaign to start Saturday

With a goal of $25,000, the Salvation Army of Boone County will open its annual Kettle Campaign Saturday at eight locations. Standing by the familiar red kettles on red tripods will be bell ringers at two entrances to the Lebanon Wal-Mart, as well as the Kroger and Main Street Market grocery stories. Counter kettles will be placed at Donaldson's Finer Chocolates, Royal Cleaners and Railer's IGA, all in Lebanon, and the IGA in Thorntown.
