---- — Zionsville — The Zionsville Plan Commission is giving Witham Health Services a second chance. During its Monday night meeting, the commission waived its one-year waiting period, allowing Witham to file a new request to rezone the northeast corner of Michigan Road and 116th Street. Witham was given an unfavorable recommendation by the commission in June, citing a lack of detail with the project. The town council has tabled the request indefinitely, effectively killing the project after the commission’s decision passes 90 days. The 90-day period expires Sept. 16.
