DeLorean Display

Lebanon — DeLorean owner Steve Miller takes a photo of several unusual cars as drivers pull into parking spots Friday evening on the Courthouse Square. Owners of the DeLorean DMC-12s meet for dinner at Arni’s each year. And this morning the drivers caravaned from Freedom Church to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, returning to Lebanon tonight for dinner at The Warehouse Restaurant. Sharky’s son, Jason, is a co-organizer of the event. Miller and his wife, Toni, came to Lebanon from Asheville, N.C., to attend the event. They have owned their DeLorean for six years and try to attend a couple of DeLorean events each year, he said, but they stay east of the Mississippi. “When we get together, it’s pretty serious business,” he said. “People love their DeLoreans.”
