---- — A single tornado struck Lebanon on Nov. 17, but the wall cloud that moved over the city could have produced multiple touchdowns, creating the potential for a disaster on the scale of the legendary Palm Sunday storm that killed dozens of people in Boone County.
Multiple funnels were popping out of the same wall cloud that produced the EF-2 tornado that caused extensive damage in Lebanon, Fire Chief Jason Lee said at a Tuesday debriefing for public safety agencies. “We had them spinning up everywhere,” Lee said.
