Enrollment high in LCSC

Lebanon — With high enrollment numbers, things at Lebanon Community School Corporation elementary schools are getting a little tight this year.

Despite the high numbers, Superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor said the corporation had an “incredibly smooth” start of school last week.

Central Elementary has one of the highest enrollments the corporation has ever seen, Taylor said, with 404 students. The school’s two first-grade classes started off with 29 students apiece.
