Local teens give voice to tobacco cessation efforts

---- — Local teenagers want the public to understand how tobacco companies are using sophisticated marketing techniques to encourage children to start smoking – so they’ve organizing a program about on those tactics.

Members of Voice, an organization of Indiana teenagers dedicated to eliminating the use of tobacco products, will give the presentation at 6 p.m. Jan. 5, in the Western Boone Community School District Community Room.
