WeBo board reviewing firearms policy

• A no-exceptions policy banning guns from school property; or,

• Allowing some administrators to carry firearms at school and school events.

Monday, Western Boone Superintendent Dr. Judi Hendrix provided the board a proposed policy governing the possession of firearms on school property. Her recommendation is to adopt a complete ban.
