---- — Central Indiana is experiencing the coldest weather in three years, the National Weather Service said Wednesday.
Overnight lows were expected to be 0 degrees or lower, the first time that’s happened since Feb. 10, 2011, when it was -1 at the Indianapolis International Airport.
Precautions against frozen water lines are being recommended by the NWS.
