Courts win increase in pauper attorney fees budget

An increase of about $31,250 in pauper attorney budgets compared to last year for Boone County’s three courts was approved by the Boone County Council Tuesday.

Circuit Court requested $200,000, Superior Court II $184,250, and Superior Court I $150,000; the council granted the amounts, 6-0.
