Police arrested a Lebanon man Tuesday while he was allegedly making a batch of methamphetamine in a garage at an apartment complex on the south side of Lebanon.
Jeremy M. Foncannon, 37, who has no permanent address, was captured in the 1800 block of Poplarwood Drive. He was charged with class A felony manufacturing methamphetamine and class C felony possession of drug precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, the Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force said in an email release Wednesday. The case was assigned to Boone Superior Court I.
