ZFD Knocks Down Fire

Zionsville — The Zionsville Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 7880 Circle Drive, Zionsville, around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday night.

Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the roofline of the two-story home and made an aggressive interior attack to bring the fire under control. Two occupants home at the time of the fire made it out safely before crews arrived, and no injuries were reported.

Damage estimates may exceed $250,000, according to ZFD officials. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Assisting at the scene were fire departments from Lebanon, Whitestown, Perry Township and Brownsburg, Boone County EMS and the Boone County Sheriff’s Department.
