Eighth-grader faces explusion after displaying knife on bus

An eighth-grader who threatened another student with a knife while they were riding a Western Boone School Corp. bus home from school could be expelled. Other students immediately alerted the bus driver when they saw the incident, Thursday afternoon on WeBo bus No. 24. “The school bus driver took immediate action, and reported by to Granville Wells Elementary School,” BCSO Cpl. Chris Burcham said in a press release. “No children were hurt, and all others arrived home safely,” Burcham said. See Saturday's Lebanon Reporter for more on this story.
