Chamber honors 18 for making a difference

Attending the Boone County Chamber of Commerce annual civic banquet reminded Steve David of a quote by President John F. Kennedy. He read this quote before presenting the award of philanthropist of the year at the banquet, held Monday night at Palomino Ballroom. “One person can make a difference, but everyone should try,” he said. “Tonight is just example after example after example of people who make a difference.” For more of the story, see Tuesday's Lebanon Reporter.
