Sectional postponments

The girls basketball sectional at Western Boone was postponed Friday night due to the weather.

The sectional semifinal games will now be played Saturday morning, with the sectional championship game still being held Saturday night.

Western Boone takes on Crawfordsville in the first game Saturday at 10 a.m., with Lebanon taking on Frankfort 20 minutes following the conclusion of game one.

The winners will face off at 8 p.m. on Saturday night.

Greene, Harrison named Top-100

Lebanon's Carly Greene and Western Boone's Emily Harrison were named to Hoosier Basketball Magazine's Senior Top-100 Friday.

Greene is averaging 13.4 points and 7.1 rebounds for the Tigers this season. She has helped the Tigers to four conference championships and three sectional titles. Lebanon meets Frankfort in the sectional semifinals today.

Harrison is averaging 18.1 points and 9.5 rebounds for the Stars this season. She helped the Stars to the conference championship this season and scored her 1,000th career point earlier this year against Brownsburg. Western Boone faces Crawfordsville in the sectional semifinals today.

The list of 100 will be cut down to 60, who will be invited to the 32nd annual Top-60 workout on March 16 at Marian University.
