Stars get first win over University

Hale and Nate Bowman walked to lead off the inning, but Hale was caught stealing third on a double steal.

Cline walked and Mitchell Graham reached on a fielder's choice to load the bases with one out for Kyle Hysong.

Hysong drew a walk to force in a run ahead of Matthew VanDokkenburg, who reached on an error that allowed two runs to score. Wilson hit an RBI-ground out to score Hysong, and Bye singled home VanDokkenburg to make the score 9-3.

The Stars had just four hits in the game, but drew 15 walks and were hit by 4 pitches.
