---- — There was no letdown for the Western Boone girls basketball team coming off their Sugar Creek Classic title.
The Stars topped Seeger 56-22 Tuesday night to improve to 5-0 on the season.
"I told the girls when we got back from Crawfordsville that Tuesday was a prototypical trap game," Western Boone head coach Rich Schelsky said. "We took care of business. For the most part, we did a good job. Seeger is a unique team; they run the Princeton offense with a lot of backdoor cuts. They are a good three-point shooting team and we held them to three attempts all game. We also held their leading scorer to one point."
Facing an offense the Stars don't face much throughout the season, Schelsky said the Stars had to make sure they did a couple of things well to limit Seeger's offense.
